This is a lovely 1960s sideboard, made of richly hued rosewood. This was a particularly popular timber during the '60s, due to its atttractive grain and ability to take an excellent polish. Belonging to the 'papilionaceae' family, rosewood is also one of the strongest and heaviest of timbers, making it an excellent choice for pieces of furniture built to last. Unlike most sideboards, the dimensions of this piece are great for smaller spaces. It also houses four glass shelves, the position of which can be adjusted to suit your needs - whether that be for books, ornaments or media equipment. This really is a versatile piece and would suit any area of the home. Measurements:Height: 81cmWidth: 131.4cmDepth: 33.5cm. |
